Public-private partnership

Public-private partnership (PPP) is one of the ways to develop public infrastructure based on long-term interaction between government and business, in which the private party participates not only in designing, financing, building or renovating infrastructure facilities, but also in its subsequent operation (provision of services on the created object) and (or) maintenance.

3. FEDERAL AND REGIONAL SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE, AUTHORITIES

National PPP Center. It was created to help attract private investment, form effective management decisions, and also to develop public infrastructure to improve the quality of life of the population. Recognized by the World Bank as the official institution for the development of PPP in Russia.
