The region is discussing a draft strategy for the socio-economic development of the Omsk region until 2030
In pursuance of the instructions of the Governor of the Omsk Region Alexander Burkov, a draft strategy is being developed.
Today, in the regional Congress Hall, a strategic session was held on the formation of directions for scientific and educational development as part of the development of a draft strategy for the socio-economic development of the Omsk region until 2030.
The session was attended by representatives of executive authorities, universities and scientific organizations, as well as structures for supporting entrepreneurship of the Omsk region. The event was opened by the Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region Anna Negoduyko with a welcoming speech and a report.
The Minister noted the basic principles of strategy formation, SMART goals, multivariance and limitation of ways to achieve them.
The key tasks of the strategy session were: presentation of the draft of the main directions of the regional strategy; determination of the scientific, educational and scientific and technological frontier on the part of universities and scientific organizations; determination of points of interaction "university - region", "university - university"; searching for opportunities to strengthen the provisions of the regional strategy, as well as setting tasks for further interaction, preparing materials from universities and research organizations for inclusion in the draft strategy.
Within the framework of the session, Vladimir Samoilov, head of design work of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, spoke with meaningful guidelines for work.
As a result of the session, the Minister noted successful ideas and developments, and gave guidelines for further work in this direction.
