Preferential provision of premises

boo «Omsk regional Business Incubator» provides small business entities (LLC or sole proprietor), those who have concluded a lease agreement for non-residential premises based on the results of the competition (residents) on preferential terms:

1. The establishment of rental rates in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Omsk region from 8.12.2010 № 243-п:      
   • 1 year of rent - 25% from the market value;      
   • 2 year of rent - 40% from the market value;      
   • 3 year of rent - 60% from the market value.
2. Provision of necessary furniture and office equipment for free use.
3. Provision of utility services free of charge.
4. Provision of communication services, unlimited Internet access Internet free of charge.
5. Provision of a meeting room, classrooms, and conference rooms at the Business Incubator free of charge.

«Omsk Regional Information Technology Park»  provides a lease on preferential terms to the subjects  small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region operating in the field of information technology who have become residents IT-park based on the results of the competition,  office premises with an area of no more than 15% of the total area of office space in the building at: Omsk, Komarova ave. 21 Corp. 1.

The amount of monthly rent – 380 rubles for 1 sq.m. including VAT.

The following services are also provided for residents free of charge:

– provision of a conference room for various business events;

– provision of meeting rooms;

– provision of training classes;

– provision of a coworking area;

– placement of residents' advertising materials on the territory of the regional IT park.
