DOM.RF offers investors building plots and service facilities in Omsk
house.The Russian Federation has put up for auction in Omsk plots in the Central District and in the north of the city for construction and service facilities.
The first lot includes a plot of 0.05 hectares at the address: 5th Army Street, 49. The object is located in the Central area of the city, inside the existing residential development with social and commercial infrastructure facilities. Transport accessibility is good: the 1st Severnaya Street public transport stop is 180 m away, near the exit to 5th Army and Vavilov streets. The new owner can use this lot to create service facilities (online store pick-up point, atelier, dry cleaning, beauty salon, etc.).
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until October 3, 2022, and the auction will be held on October 7. The initial price is 0.89 million rubles.
The second lot is a land plot with an area of 0.06 hectares at: st. Ordzhonikidze, 197. It is located in the north of Omsk in an area with mostly private houses. The lot is suitable for individual residential development, as well as for the construction of office and retail facilities. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted on October 17, 2022, and the auction will be held on October 21. The initial price leaves 1.82 million rubles.
In addition, in the fourth quarter of 2022, it is planned to hold an auction for the sale of a 0.7-hectare plot at the address: 17th Military Town, 83 for housing construction. The terms of the bidding will be determined later.
