Novovarshavskaya SES is a "pilot project" for the construction of SES in the Omsk region.

For the construction of the SES, two land plots with a total area of 80 hectares were leased to the investor without bidding.

From May to October 2020, construction and installation work was carried out on the selected territory. In November – December 2020, commissioning works will be carried out.

Two stages of the facility are currently in operation. The first stage of the station was launched in early December 2020, the second — in late December 2020.

Novovarshavskaya SES will convert solar energy into electrical energy and transfer it to the grid for further consumption. This will reduce emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases, which in turn will have a positive impact on the environmental situation of the area.

*Note that the high level of solar radiation in Siberia creates almost ideal conditions for the development of solar energy. The construction site of the power plant was chosen after a thorough analysis of the natural features of the region: the territory of the Omsk region is characterized by a high potential for using solar energy, the number of sunny days per year in the Omsk region reaches 300 with a total duration of solar activity of more than 2,220 hours per year. According to the Russian Hydrometeorological Service, according to this indicator, the Omsk region is even ahead of such resort regions of the country as Sochi (2177 hours) and Kislovodsk (2147 hours).

Isopropanol production

With the help of the FRP loan, the company is implementing a project to increase the depth of processing of chemical products by creating a high-tech import-substituting production of isopropanol (IPS) with a volume of 30 thousand tons per year.

IPS is a sought-after chemical product with high added value and potential for import substitution. The most effective method of production is liquid-phase hydrogenation of acetone, as in foreign high-quality analogues.

IPS is in demand in the chemical, petroleum, medical, furniture, food, forestry and perfumery industries, as it is a good solvent for many essential oils, waxes, esters, alkaloids and synthetic resins.

With the help of the Fund's loan, the company plans to double the volume of production of flexible packaging made of polymer films, as well as organize import-substituting production of MDO films and "breathing" films unique to Russia.

The implementation of the project will meet the demand in various industries for modern packaging with increased strength characteristics, with a lower thickness of the material, including for packaging frozen semi-finished products and poultry meat, bread, packaging of cereals and pasta.

The import substitution direction involves the acquisition and commissioning of capacities for the production of MDO film and "breathing" film with a volume of at least 6,500 tons per year, which are not produced in Russia today.

MDO films are used in the packaging of cereals, pasta, frozen foods, and for labels on plastic bottles. According to expert estimates, the capacity of the Russian market for such films is at least 5,000 tons per month. Its consumers are manufacturers of flexible packaging and labels for plastic bottles.

"Breathable films" are used in the manufacture of sanitary products (diapers, pads, patches) and in the construction industry as membrane materials. The demand for the material from Russian manufacturers is at least 450 tons per month, in Kazakhstan, where Planeta-Center plans to export products – 150 tons per month. Currently, 100% of such films are imported to Russia.

The project involves upgrading the production facilities for phenol and acetone using environmentally acceptable technology.

Modernization will improve the quality (minimum amount of impurities, high proportion of the main substance) and reduce the cost of production by increasing energy efficiency to 30% of the basic technology and reducing the consumption of raw materials per unit of production by 10%.

The capacity of the enterprise after modernization will be: phenol - 90 thousand tons per year, acetone – 55.8 thousand tons per year, isopropylbenzene - 160 thousand tons per year.

The company intends to export up to 50% of its products.

The estimated phenol market in 2016 will amount to 20 billion rubles, the acetone market is estimated at 3 billion rubles. The needs of the Russian market exceed the current capacities of manufacturers – the volume of imports has increased by 49 over the past year.%

Phenol is used in the production of dyes, for tanning leather, for the selective purification of oils and as additives to them, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry (for the manufacture of phenacetin and a number of derivatives of salicylic acid). It is used in the production of phenolic plastics (polymers), synthetic fibers, detergents and other products.

Acetone is widely used as a solvent in various industries.

The company plans to increase the production capacity of its plant for the production of boiler and heat engineering equipment under the Lavart brand - hot water and steam boilers that meet international quality standards by 5 times. The loan of the FRP will be aimed at automation and robotization of production, which will reduce the cost of production and increase its consumer properties.

The equipment will run on various fuels, in particular, gas, fuel oil and coal. Design features and engineering solutions make it possible to reduce fuel consumption and reduce operating costs. The boiler and heat engineering equipment is equipped with modern Russian-made monitoring and control systems, which makes it possible to automate the use of boilers and operate boiler rooms without the constant presence of maintenance personnel.

The capacity of the Russian market of boiler and heat engineering equipment is growing, which is associated with a gradual departure from the usual centralized heating and the spread of autonomous heat supply. The demand for the products also supports the need for reconstruction of 50 to 70% of the boiler houses operating in the country. Currently, most of the domestic market – 57% - is occupied by imports. The implementation of the project will allow the borrower to occupy 15% of the Russian market by displacing imports.

The Omsk Rabbit enterprise, located in the village of Vesely Groves in the Tavrichesky district, opened in 2017 and has managed to establish itself in demand in the market, being the only and largest in the region and beyond the Urals producing dietary products from rabbit meat.

Currently, the Omsk Rabbit enterprise contains more than 1,000 heads of breeding stock of Hikol rabbits, with a total population of more than 7,000 heads. In the near future, it is planned to increase the number of rabbits to 13,500 heads. The company produces 2.5 tons of rabbit meat per month, and plans to increase the volume to 6.5 tons by the end of the year.

The company has its own plant for the production of grass flour, a feed mill and a slaughterhouse.

A line of membrane purification of cheese whey has been launched at the dairy. This technological project brings the company one step closer to its cherished goal – to start producing whey protein and lactose concentrate.

The Yastro company is one of the three leaders in the region in terms of milk processing. In the future, it is planned to significantly increase the volume of investments in the development of the Poltava production site. The investment capacity of the dairy's technological equipment is estimated at one and a half billion rubles.

In July 2018, RUSKOM-Agro launched the second stage of a feed mill in the Kormilovsky district of the Omsk region. The total investment amounted to about 350 million rubles.

With the launch of the second stage of the feed mill, the company has increased its feed production capacity to 180 thousand tons per year. Starting from this day, almost 20 types of feed of various formulations will be released from the assembly line of the plant.

This is a landmark project, thanks to which RUSCOM Group has the opportunity to fully provide its own enterprises with feed, increase biosafety, eliminate risks and create an additional 50 jobs.

In 2018, the first stage of the processing plant was commissioned. The company has modern production lines, which are used for cutting, salting, smoking and drying various types of fish.

Today, the Krutinsky fish factory has seven fishing sites on the lakes of the district, which double the volume of catch, which last year amounted to 552 tons. For this purpose, the company is actively engaged in the reproduction of aquatic biological resources, stocking reservoirs.

In the future, the company plans to process all the fish produced, for which two additional processing lines for drying and hot-smoking fish will be purchased in the near future.

With the support of the Omsk Region Government, the Munros M dairy has implemented an investment project to expand production by installing a line for the production of children's drinking yoghurts with a capacity of 12 thousand bottles per hour and a line of curds with 14 thousand packages per hour.

The commissioning of new lines of the Omsk production asset of the international PepsiCo company will increase the range of products by 12 positions, and the total production capacity of the plant from 300 to 350 tons of finished products per day, additionally create two dozen new jobs. The investment capacity of the project is approximately 6.5 million dollars.
