Code of investment rules of the Omsk region

The set of investment rules is the optimal algorithm of actions (the "client path") of an investor planning to implement an investment project on the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

1. The algorithm of investor's actions for obtaining a land plot for rent (without bidding)

2. The algorithm of investor's actions for obtaining a land plot (at auction)

3. Investor's algorithm of actions on procedures for connecting to electric grids (small and medium-sized businesses - up to 150 kW)

4. The algorithm of the investor's actions on the procedures for connecting to electric networks (medium and large businesses - over 150 kW)

5. The algorithm of investor's actions on procedures for connection to water supply and sanitation facilities

6. The algorithm of the investor's actions on the procedure of connection to heat supply networks

7. The algorithm of investor's actions for connection (technological connection) of gas-using equipment and capital construction facilities to gas distribution networks
