Russian-Polyanskaya SES
Construction of a solar power plant in the Russian-Polyansky municipal district of the Omsk region
Investment volume: 2.4 billion rubles

Year of implementation: construction was carried out in 2021.
For the construction of the SES, a land plot with a total area of 61 hectares was leased to the investor without bidding.
In November 2021, a 30 MW solar thermal power plant was commissioned in the Russian-Polyansky municipal District of the Omsk Region, with a projected average annual energy output of 35.5 million kWh.
Since December 1, 2021, the SES has been supplying electricity and capacity to the wholesale electricity and capacity market.
In the next fifteen years, the project's implementation will bring about 2.5 billion rubles in taxes to the budgets of all levels.
After the commissioning of the Russian-Polyanskaya SES, the total installed capacity of solar power plants in the Omsk region's power system will reach 60 MW, which will amount to 3.6% of the total installed capacity of power plants in the region's energy system.
