The state registration of an individual entrepreneur, as well as a legal entity, is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of 8 august 2001 year No. 129-Federal Law "About the state registration of legal entities and entrepreneurs".

State registration of an individual as individual entrepreneur it is made at the tax authority at the place of registration of the applicant.

State registration a legal entity it is carried out at the location of the executive body – the head of the legal entity being created.

Documents for the state registration of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity are submitted to the tax authority personally by the applicant, by mail with the declared value and an inventory of the attachment, as well as in electronic form on the official website of the federal tax service using the service: "Submission of electronic documents for state registration".

The state registration of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity is carried out no later than three working days from the date of submission of the documents to the registration authority.

The following documents are required for adult citizens of the Russian Federation to register as an individual entrepreneur:

application for state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in form No. R21001;
a copy of the passport with mandatory registration at the place of residence (residence permit);
the original receipt for payment of the state fee in the amount of
800 rubles'.

The following documents are required to register as a legal entity:

application for state registration of a legal entity in form no. R11001;
the decision on the establishment of a legal entity, formalized by the decision of the sole founder or the minutes of the general meeting of the founders;
constituent documents of a legal entity. They are presented in two original copies, in case of presentation in person or by mail, and in one copy. – when sending it electronically;
the original receipt for payment of the state fee in the amount of 4 000 rubles'.
