On October 8, the inRussia 2026 International Forum will start in Omsk, dedicated to the development of industrial infrastructure, industrial cooperation and investment attraction. The forum will be held on October 8-10 and will bring together representatives of federal and regional authorities, industrial business, management companies of industrial parks, technoparks and SEZs, development institutions, financial organizations and foreign partners.

The forum will be attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, retail chains, marketplaces, manufacturers, suppliers, industry associations and the expert community. The purpose of the forum is to unite the efforts of government and business to find new growth points in the context of demand transformation.

The implementation of national technological leadership projects, the improvement of government support and regulatory measures, and the development of industrial sites and clusters will be the central topics of the inRussia 2026 International Forum, which will be held on October 8-10 in Omsk at the regional Congress Hall. A separate final event of the business program will be the presentation of the XII National Rating of Technoparks in Russia.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Economic Development, has launched a new digital service for those who are ready to bring their business to the federal level. The "IPO Navigator" has appeared on the Investment Map of Russia.

On October 8-10, Omsk will host the inRussia 2026 International Forum, an annual platform for the development of industrial infrastructure, which this year will be held in the Omsk Region for the first time. The main business program will take place in the Regional Congress Hall.

ASI, together with the regions of the Siberian Federal District, is preparing a regional strategic session. It will be held in the middle of autumn in Novosibirsk. The participants will identify measures to achieve regional indicators of the National Model of Target Business Conditions for 2027 and 2030.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Government of the Omsk Region, the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia together with the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies.

The project is planned to be implemented on the territory of the left-bank part of Omsk. The sports cluster will combine professional and amateur infrastructure: 4 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts, 6 padel tennis courts, as well as a general physical training hall. A cafe area and parking space will be provided for the comfort of visitors.
