Terms of placement	Ready-made squares For placement in an industrial technopark, a potential resident must send an application to the management company with a description of the project, planned activities, requirements for premises and infrastructure, as well as the estimated use of resources and services. The management company reviews the application, verifies the project's compliance with the placement requirements and evaluates the possibility of providing the necessary facilities and services. Based on the results of the review, information about the possibility of placement and further conditions of interaction is sent to the applicant. Residents of the industrial technopark can use the services of the convention and exhibition hall for events and the engineering center for design, modeling and data processing necessary for residents in the manufacture of products. The cost of accommodation and provision of services is determined by the management company in accordance with the current terms and conditions and is formalized by the contract.
