Governor Alexander Burkov: Thanks to the national project, labor productivity in the region increased by 10%

The best mentoring practices have been identified in the Omsk region 2022 years.

Today, 22 On July, at the site of the regional Congress Hall, a solemn ceremony of summing up the results of the regional stage of the competition took place «Best Mentoring Practices — 2022».

Companies took part in the regional stage of the competition — participants of the national project «Labor productivity». Submitted this year 16 applications from 13 enterprises.

The Governor of the Omsk region Alexander Burkov addressed the participants of the competition with a welcoming speech. He noted that the work on the implementation of the project «Labor productivity» businesses have turned on — leaders of the regional economy.  

«With 2020 A national project has been implemented in the Omsk Region for a year «Labor productivity». This project was initiated by President Vladimir Putin. Today we have 39 enterprises — leaders of the regional economy — participate in its implementation. And we have achieved good results. Thanks to the national project, labor productivity in the region increased by 10%, doubling of production output», — the head of the region emphasized.  

He thanked the Federal Competence Center for the difficult work with enterprises of different industries, with different management systems: «You are really forcing our managers to take a fresh look at the production process and reduce losses. This is very important for our economy today», — Alexander Burkov is sure.  

According to him, the institute of mentoring was widespread in the Soviet years, and then proved its worth. Thanks to the national project, it is being revived today. Alexander Burkov noted that the competition allows you to identify best practices of mentoring and replicate it. He said that last year two Omsk enterprises with their practices were among the best at the federal level: NGOs «World» took first place, Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering – second.  

The governor called on the heads of Omsk enterprises that are not yet participating in the national project to join it, participate in the mentoring competition.  

«Participate in a mentoring contest with your teams. This is really a step forward, a step into the future», — said Alexander Burkov.

Head of the Macroregion Department No. 1 ANO «Federal Competence Center in the Field of Labor Productivity» Vladimir Gusarov noted that the Omsk Region fulfills all the goals of the national project. The federal competence center has established partnerships with specialists and enterprises of the Omsk region.  

«Companies that are engaged in mentoring, work with young people — a great prospect. Their work is most effective in terms of staff development. The main indicator of efficiency is the Omsk region — the fact that two companies took first and second place at the federal level», — Vladimir Gusarov reported.

Competition «Best mentoring practices in the Omsk region» It is aimed at encouraging and replicating the best mentoring models, practical experience in using lean technologies to increase labor productivity. The competition commission evaluated the participants according to the following criteria: the essence of the project, the key idea, the methods and tools used, the uniqueness of the practice, the possibility of its replication and scaling. This year certificates of participants of the Contest "Best mentoring practices in the Omsk region" 2022 years received: JSC "Omsk Airport", JSC "Omskoblvodoprovod", LLC Production association "Velta", Siberian Bread Products Factory LLC, Planeta-Center LLC, Omsk Plant of Innovative Technologies CJSC.

In the nomination "Mentoring in the field of labor productivity improvement", the winners were the company Siberian Sausages LLC, the second place was awarded to LLC "ZMK "Most", and the third - JSC "Breeding stud farm "Omsk".

In the second nomination "Mentoring in the professional development of youth", JSC "Omsk bacon" won, the honorable second place was awarded to the company LLC "Yastro-Agro", the third place went to the Municipal enterprise of the city of Omsk "Passenger enterprise No. 8".

And in two nominations at once - "Mentoring in professional self-determination" and "Mentoring in the field of breakthrough technologies" were deservedly received by the Omsk Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Engineering JSC. Diplomas were presented to the winners by Governor Alexander Burkov.

«The company has developed a mentoring program. Let's go in the direction of practice. We are leading the guys with 9 class. We show them our production, we recommend them to enroll in a specialized technical school after graduation. Then young people come to our company. We have developed a system of advanced training of young specialists, opportunities for their development are being created», — noted the Director of JSC «Omsk bacon» Lyudmila Vorobyova.
