The Regional Development and Investment Agency actively supports the business community of the region, speaking out «a single window» for all investors interested in business development in the Omsk region. The Agency's investment unit regularly holds working meetings with representatives of companies, providing comprehensive assistance at every stage of the implementation of investment projects.
Today he is the General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency Svetlana Bazhenova I met with the Deputy General Director for the design of industrial and civil projects GK «The Titan» By Pavel Frick. The topic of the conversation was the discussion of the progress of the investment project to create a modern sports and recreation complex.
The sports complex will include several sports grounds for various sports, two ice rinks with artificial ice and a swimming pool, halls for game sports, fitness, table tennis and choreography. The complex will be located in the Omsk quarter «The Green River», which is being developed by another investor — Group «The standard».
The Agency's specialists will provide assistance throughout all stages of the project implementation.: from making changes to the urban planning documentation, providing a land plot for sale without bidding until the sports facility is put into operation.
Next, a meeting was held with the financial director of the production and trading company «SibHolod» By Evgenia Fetisova. The company is known for the high quality of its products, which have been repeatedly awarded gold medals at international exhibitions.
The company is currently implementing an investment project for the reconstruction of a utility and industrial warehouse base. This project will help businesses adapt existing facilities to meet new challenges without completely shutting down processes and significant investments in new construction, while optimizing logistics and increasing energy efficiency.
The Agency's staff will take over the coordination of the company's operational interaction with relevant resource supply organizations, ensuring the timely connection of necessary utilities and minimizing administrative barriers.
