Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency — "one window" for investors in the region
The Regional Agency for Development and Investment actively supports the business community of the region, acting as a "single window" for all investors interested in business development in the Omsk region. The Agency's investment unit regularly holds working meetings with representatives of companies, providing comprehensive assistance at every stage of the implementation of investment projects.
Today, Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, met with Pavel Frick, Deputy General Director for Industrial and Civil Project Design at Titan Group. The topic of the conversation was the discussion of the progress of the investment project to create a modern sports and recreation complex.
The sports complex will include several sports grounds for various sports, two ice rinks with artificial ice and a swimming pool, halls for game sports, fitness, table tennis and choreography. The complex will be located in the Omsk quarter "Green River", which is being developed by another investor, the Etalon Group.
The Agency's specialists will provide assistance throughout all stages of the project: from making changes to the urban planning documentation, providing a land plot for sale without bidding until the sports facility is put into operation.
Next, a meeting was held with Evgeniya Fetisova, Financial Director of the SibHolod production and trading company. The company is known for the high quality of its products, which have been repeatedly awarded gold medals at international exhibitions.
The company is currently implementing an investment project for the reconstruction of a utility and industrial warehouse base. This project will help businesses adapt existing facilities to meet new challenges without completely shutting down processes and significant investments in new construction, while optimizing logistics and increasing energy efficiency.
The Agency's staff will coordinate the company's operational interaction with relevant resource supply organizations, ensuring timely connection of necessary utilities and minimizing administrative barriers.
