The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency summed up the results of the PIC platform.Business for August 2026
In August of this year, through the digital service "PIC.Business" is a single window for dialogue between entrepreneurs and the government. 39 appeals from the business community of the region were processed.
29 requests were answered and assisted. The average time to review an application was 5 days, which confirms the high efficiency of the relevant departments. Another 10 issues are under active consideration.
Most often, investors sought assistance in connecting production sites to utility networks, assistance in entering new markets with their products, as well as in providing land for construction or expansion of existing facilities.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency acts as a center for receiving and routing requests. Thanks to the platform, the investor does not receive a formal answer, but a specific algorithm for solving the problem with securing responsible executors from ministries and resource supply organizations. If the proposed option does not solve the problem, the business can use the "Return for revision" button.
The operation of the service is under the personal control of the Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko. The removal of administrative barriers and the fastest possible response of the authorities to investor requests remain a key priority of the region's investment policy.
