The Agency for Development and Investment will analyze federal state support measures for the industrial sector

Last week, Omsk hosted for the first time the participants of the field internship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia under the Federal Practice program in the Siberian Federal District. About 600 representatives of executive authorities in the field of industry, representatives of the business community and industrial enterprises from all 10 regions of the Siberian Federal District and six other regions of the country received new knowledge from federal experts.

It should be recalled that within the framework of the business program, the participants discussed systemic issues of the development of regional industrial policy and industrial infrastructure, system-wide support measures and measures to support the Industrial Development Fund, issues of international cooperation and measures to support foreign trade. Also, on the first day of the Internship, the presentation of the first tourist and industrial route of the Omsk region "Industry of Siberia - the greatness of Russia" took place.

Thus, in his defensive presentation, Andrey Posazhennikov, Minister of Industry and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region, presented to the curators from the federal agency an Action Plan aimed at developing the industrial potential of the region for the period up to 2026, according to which 1.7 billion rubles are planned to be allocated in the next 3 years to support the industry. The Minister stressed that the regional Ministry of Industry is actively working to expand state support measures for industrial enterprises. Plans for this year include approving procedures for reimbursing manufacturers of agricultural machinery and food equipment, as well as managing companies of private industrial parks and technology parks for their creation and development.

It is worth noting that industrial support mechanisms will also be expanded through the regional Industrial Development Fund. This year, on behalf of the Governor of the Omsk Region, Vitaly Khotsenko, the Fund will begin issuing preferential loans to food industry enterprises, participants in industrial clusters and to replenish working capital.

"More than 20 large-scale industrial investment projects are being implemented in the Omsk Region with a total investment of about 700 billion rubles. Omsk is rightfully considered an industrial giant with huge potential. The field internship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia set the Omsk authorities and representatives of industrial business the necessary vector and pace of development of regional industrial policy. The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency team took part in the Internship. "Federal practice" is two days of useful and productive work. The experts provided the participants with up-to-date information on state support measures for industrial enterprises. In the near future, we will analyze them and post or update them on the Omsk Region investment portal for convenient information study," said Ilya Kulakov, Head of the Project Planning and Support Department at the Regional Agency for Development and Investment.
