Vadim Savitsky, Head of the Regional Development and Investment Agency, and Peter Fradkov, General Director of the Russian Export Center, signed an agreement to expand and deepen partnership relations in the development of export activities in the Omsk region.
"The signed agreement is designed to combine efforts to provide comprehensive support to export-oriented enterprises in order to create favorable conditions for export development in the Omsk region," Vadim Savitsky notes.
The Agency for Development and Investment acts as the regional operator of the REC Educational Program in the Omsk region. A corresponding quadripartite agreement on the implementation of the REC Educational Program in the Omsk Region was signed this year as part of the investment forum in Sochi between the Russian Export Center, the REC Export School, the Program operator, the Government of the Omsk Region, and the Omsk Region Agency for Development and Investment JSC, the regional Program operator.
The signed agreement on expanding partnership relations will allow Omsk enterprises to apply to the Agency in a "one-stop shop" mode to receive non-financial services from JSC EXIAR and JSC ROSEXIMBANK. In addition, the REC and the Agency plan to process requests from foreign companies precisely – to provide a list of Omsk manufacturers ready to cooperate, establish communication, and prepare information about the requested product (work, service), allowing the foreign counterparty to make a decision on cooperation with the Omsk company.
The implementation of the presented forms and measures of support is planned on the basis of the structural unit of the Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk region - the Export Support Center.
