The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency summed up the results of its work in the investment area
The Agency provided more 180 consultations on the implementation of investment projects, as well as the search for and attraction of investments in projects of Omsk enterprises. Developed by 7 financial models for investment projects in the fields of animal husbandry, food and light industry, equipment manufacturing and housing and communal services. For example, a project to expand a dairy livestock complex and a project to modernize an existing mowing plant.
In addition, it has been developed 3 business plan, 1 feasibility study and 1 an investment memorandum for enterprises engaged in the fields of animal husbandry, agriculture and the production of equipment for the agricultural sector. For example, a feasibility study for a project to modernize an existing cereal production facility.
28 investment projects are supported by the Agency according to the principle «one window», at 80% of which the investor is identified.
Companies that are accompanied by the Agency, except for 2016 a year of capital investments totaling 486 million rubles.
The Agency provided support to the initiators 5 investment projects planned for implementation in the Omsk region that have become participants in the competition «Regions – sustainable development». These are projects for the construction of a mining and processing complex in Omsk for the production of quartz sands with a capacity of up to 300 thousands of tons per year, a shopping complex with underground parking along Mira Avenue, a hotel complex with apartments and blocks of commercial space and infrastructure, an ultramodern sports and recreation center, the construction of an innovative plant with a capacity of 10 million pieces of ceramic bricks per year in the Omsk region.
Another tool in the investment direction of the Agency's project support activities is based on the principle of «one window» - This is the support of investment agreements on projects implemented in the Omsk region.
«Interaction was carried out with all parties to the investment agreements: in the process of approving the project, signing and executing the investment agreement. The Agency heads the Coordinating Councils for each investment agreement for mutual coordination and adoption of interrelated design and organizational decisions in the design, construction and operation of facilities within the framework of the project of the winner of the Competition. Various meetings, including working meetings, are held at the Agency's sites at all stages of preparation, signing and execution of investment agreements.», - according to the Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk region.
