Entrepreneurs are invited to evaluate the technological connection to the electric grid
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency invites entrepreneurs who carried out during the 2015-2016 years of technological connection to power grids with a capacity of 15 before 150 Located within the borders of the Omsk region, take part in the study, which will be conducted using an online survey.
The survey is aimed at assessing the investment image of the Omsk region in the business community, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, as well as problems that hinder the formation of a favorable investment climate in the region, in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the region and improve the region's position in terms of priority indicators for the Omsk region National Rating of the investment Climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – National ranking), approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 11 april 2016 year No. 642-r «On approval of the list of indicators used to calculate the national rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation».
One of the key indicators of the National Rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is «Efficiency of electricity connection procedures». This indicator takes into account the time of connection to the power grid, the number of procedures for connecting to the power grid, as well as satisfaction with the effectiveness of procedures for connecting to the power grid. According to the methodology – experience of interaction with grid companies and government agencies on issues of technological connection to lines with a capacity of 15 before 150 At the same time, the property in question is connected to the electric grid for the first time and is located outside the architectural (historical) center and outside the protected area.
The questionnaire is filled out and processed completely anonymously. All responses will be used only in a generalized form after statistical processing. Thus, the confidentiality of the received estimates will be ensured.
