AgroOmsk-2018 invites residents and guests of Omsk
The annual Siberian Agrotechnical exhibition-fair AgroOmsk-2018 continues its work in the park "On Korolev" until July 22.
It should be noted that this year about 400 participants from 17 regions of Russia and two regions of Kazakhstan are taking part in the fair. During the week of work of AgroOmska-2018, participants present their products from machine-building plants, agricultural producers and farms. Most of the products can be tasted at tastings before purchase. In addition to food, the fair features a huge selection of flowers, shrubs, seedlings, handmade clothing and accessories.
The organizers have prepared a rich business program for agricultural specialists. So, today farmers can attend a seminar on the development of seed production in the Omsk region, and tomorrow, on July 21, everyone can attend a seminar on vegetable and potato growing. At the seminar, experts will talk about the state of potato plantings in 2018, as well as discuss the phytosanitary situation in potatoes and vegetable crops.
Special attention at AgroOmsk is paid to animal husbandry. This exhibition area is most loved by children of different ages and adults. Here, visitors can see pets and birds that are bred by farms in the Omsk region. There are also various trampolines, attractions, contact zoos for children, you can ride ponies, horses and the double-humped camel Gavryusha.
Every day, a cultural and entertainment program is held on the main stage, where creative teams from Omsk and the region perform, as well as various quizzes and contests from participants of the AgroOmsk-2018 exhibition and fair.
