Agrotourism, processing of berries, meat and milk: investment potential of Bolsherechensk municipal district of Omsk region

Bolsherechensky district is known far beyond the Omsk region due to the only rural zoo in Russia and the "Old Siberian". The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency offers its investors to enter the territory with new projects ecological agro-tourism, processing of wild plants, production of meat and dairy products. These are niches with growing demand, supported by the local raw material base and tourist flow, and have huge investment potential.

The document contains detailed information about the project, the stages of implementation, analysis and sales markets, raw materials and human resources, as well as possible locations, relevant support measures.

Agrotourism: an ecological facility with accommodation and active rural recreation

The investment proposal provides for the creation of an ecological tourism facility in the district. The concept combines comfortable living, proximity to nature and opportunities for outdoor activities: socializing with pets, picking mushrooms, berries and medicinal herbs. The project is aimed at developing the tourism infrastructure, creating new jobs and increasing the investment attractiveness of the municipality. The growing tourist flow in Bolsherechye, formed by the existing points of attraction, ensures stable demand for the future facility.

Fruit and berry processing: from freezing to sublimation

The project involves the creation of a modern eco-friendly production facility for processing fruit and berry products. The planned assortment includes frozen, dried, freeze-dried and fresh fruit and berry products. The initiator relies on the trend of healthy eating and the growing demand for natural products with minimal processing. The raw material base consists of significant reserves of wild berries and fruits of the Bolsherechensk district and the Omsk region as a whole. The investor is offered a territory in the village of Dobrolyubovka, Bolsherechensky district, as well as various subsidies and microloans for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses operating in the Omsk region.

Meat and dairy processing: from cheeses to semi-finished products

The investment proposal is focused on the creation of a food processing enterprise for meat and milk. The nomenclature includes milk, cream, fermented dairy products, cheeses, large- and small-sized semi-finished products, semi-finished products in dough and cutlet mass. The project has two significant factors for implementation: a steady demand for socially important food products and a historically established base of livestock farms in the area capable of processing raw materials.
