Andrey Shpilenko: the special economic zone is a magnet for investments
On April 10, the Head of the Omsk Region Representative Office under the Government of the Russian Federation took part in a meeting of the Property Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region. Andrey Shpilenko addressed the deputies with a report "On the development of the Avangard special economic zone in the Omsk region."
The Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region told the parliamentarians about the goals of creating special economic zones (SEZs) in the Russian Federation, their types and advantages for business. In his speech, Andrey Shpilenko highlighted the main factors for the success of such platforms: the availability of a transparent and understandable regulatory framework for investors, a well-developed infrastructure, tax incentives and regulatory measures.
Andrey Shpilenko elaborated on the advantages of the Avangard special economic zone. In particular, he spoke about the distribution of land resources, SEZ development options and key performance indicators.
"The special Economic Zone is a magnet that should attract investments. Today, Avangard is the best platform for the implementation of projects for the development of industrial clusters that are being intensively created in our region," said Andrey Shpilenko.
