The Omsk Regional Business Incubator is an element of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure in the Omsk region, providing property and information and consulting assistance to small and medium-sized businesses.
"As of January 1, the business incubator is 100% full - 41 rooms, but two residents have finally "got back on their feet" and will leave the business incubator ahead of schedule at the end of January. In order to maximize the efficient use of the incubator's premises, we are holding an unscheduled competition until the end of January," explained the director of the business incubator.Victor Sobolev.
The business incubator offers equipped office premises at discounted rental rates at a price of 25% of the market value of the lease in the first year, 40% of the market value of the lease in the second year, 60% of the market value of the lease in the third year. The selection takes place in the format of a competition, which will last until January 31.
Participants in the competition may be only small and medium-sized businesses eligible for the support of state authorities and local governments, whose term of activity from the date of state registration to the date of submission of the application for participation in the competition does not exceed three years.
The residents confirm the effectiveness of the business incubator's support. For example, Valery Gagarin, director of Perspektiva-Olymp LLC, became a resident in order to implement new programs for the search and development of children's talents with the help of a business incubator.
"It is believed that working with children does not require large investments, but in fact, only one rental is worth it. And when we, I would say, "came across" a business incubator, we were able to see for ourselves that this was real support. A business incubator is a reliable assistant to a small business from the very beginning. A few months later, we started participating in industry exhibitions that are important for our development for free. The business incubator "guides" us and helps us realize our dreams and aspirations. Therefore, we express our gratitude to the Omsk government for such support through ORBIS," said Valery Gagarin.
Two lots have been offered for the competition: a room with an area of 30.1 sq.m and a room with an area of 38.9 sq.m. To participate in the competition, applicants must submit an application.
