Until the end of January, the regional business incubator is holding a competition for the rental of non-residential premises by aspiring entrepreneurs.

The Omsk Regional Business Incubator is an element of the entrepreneurship support infrastructure in the Omsk region, providing property and  information and consulting assistance to small and medium-sized businesses.

The business incubator offers equipped office space at discounted rental rates for the price of 25% from the market value rent in the first year, 40% from the market value rent in the second year, 60% from the market value the lease is in the third year. The selection takes place in the format of a competition, which will last until 31 January.

Participants in the competition may be only small and medium-sized businesses eligible for the support of state authorities and local governments, whose term of activity from the date of state registration to the date of submission of the application for participation in the competition does not exceed three years.

Two lots have been offered for the competition: a room with an area of 30,1 sq.m и a room with an area of 38,9 sq.m.  Applicants must submit an application to participate in the competition.
