Business-MFC provides government services for business activities in the Omsk region

Behind 10 months 2017 year of business-MFC services provided 10722 to legal entities and individuals.

Multifunctional centers are created in accordance with "May Day" the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, which sets the task of improving the quality of public and municipal services to the population. The activities of the IFC and the quality of public services are under special control of the Government of the Omsk Region and the Ministry of Economy, as this factor directly affects investment processes and business activity in the region.

The MFC Business Center was opened in May 2014 within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Government of the Omsk Region and Sberbank of Russia for the provision of state and municipal services in a unique format of small business support. Thus, Omsk entrepreneurs have the opportunity to promptly receive state and municipal executive services based on the principle of «single window». First of all, these are the services of the office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Omsk region, the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Omsk Region, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Omsk Region, and the office of the Social Insurance Fund.

The MFC for business provides 50 services, including:
- state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with it and state cadastral registration of immovable property;
- provision of information contained in the EGRN;
- state registration of legal entities and individuals as sole proprietors and farms;
- provision of information contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- registration and de-registration of policyholders – individuals and individual entrepreneurs who have concluded an employment contract with an employee; 
- registration and de-registration of policyholders – legal entities at the location of separate divisions; 
- services of resource-supplying organizations: ao "Omskgorgaz"; PJSC "IDGC of Siberia; JSC "OmskVodokanal"; ao "Omskelectro".

- licensing services:
1. Licensing of retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
2. Licensing of procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.
3. Licensing of business activities for the management of apartment buildings.

- consulting services of the microfinance fund and JSC "Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency";
- JSC services "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises".

In order to develop the service "one window" for entrepreneurs within the framework of the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services on the basis of the Business Development Center of JSC "Sberbank of Russia" there is an MFC for business.
