More than 15 million rubles were allocated to support entrepreneurship and the implementation of investment projects in Krasny Yar.

The Omsk Region Government has distributed subsidies for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in a single-industry settlement

The Krasny Yar district settlement of the Lyubinsky district participates in the federal program for the development of single-industry towns. Since the main employer in the settlement is the Lyubinsky Dairy Cannery, budget subsidies in the amount of more than 15 million rubles were provided in 2017 to create additional jobs and support small and medium-sized businesses.

Previously, 4 million rubles were allocated to support start-up entrepreneurs. On December 13, the regional Cabinet of Ministers distributed the bulk of state support in the amount of about 11.2 million rubles, of which 8.8 million rubles came from the federal budget and over 2.3 million rubles from the regional treasury. The funds can be used to compensate social entrepreneurs for the costs of setting up their own business and obtaining the necessary equipment under leasing agreements.

To implement the development objectives of Krasny Yar, a project team has been formed from representatives of business, local governments of the Lyubinsky district, the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region and the Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk Region. The team members were trained at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management and are currently developing project ideas for the development of a single-industry city. Among the promising projects, investment proposals are being considered to launch the production of deep egg processing, the creation of a logistics center and a number of related enterprises for the production of pallets and packaging containers.

Since the beginning of 2017, 12 new jobs have been created in the village of Krasny Yar, which are not related to the city-forming organization. A music studio school and a speech therapy room are already operating, a children's tourism club, sports and fitness centers, as well as a robotics club are being created.
