More 250 million rubles from the regional budget will be allocated to support small and medium-sized businesses

At the upcoming meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region, as part of the amendments to the regional budget initiated by the head of the region, Alexander Burkov, it is planned to allocate additional funds 173 million rubles to support small and medium-sized businesses in 2018 year.

The law on the regional budget will also include federal subsidies for the development of business entities in the amount of 47 million rubles.

Additional funds from the regional budget will be used to create a regional industrial development fund, as well as to resume direct support measures, such as subsidies under equipment leasing and purchase agreements, as well as subsidies to municipalities to support start-up entrepreneurs in the form of grants.

During the first major press conference, the head of the region, Alexander Burkov, noted the need to support small and medium-sized businesses and stated that the development budget planned more than 70 million rubles to provide direct subsidies to businesses in three areas.

Receiving the subsidy funds involves going through a competitive procedure. Information about the competitions, the procedure and timing of their holding is published on the official website of the Ministry (a special section on the main page of the department) and in the media.

"This is a necessary measure of government support that is in demand in the region. I hope the amount will grow from year to year, contributing to the development of business on Omsk land. We actively participate in such contests. I am ready to assist in informing the business community.", - shared by the head of the regional branch of the public organization "Support of Russia" Oleg Ananyev.
