Boiler with intelligence: in the Omsk region, investors are offered to launch the production of high-tech water heaters for import substitution
Omsk region invites investors to implement a large-scale project to create a high-tech plant for the production of new-generation electric water heaters. The new facility with a capacity of 10,000 units per year is designed to replace imported analogues and saturate the market with energy-efficient equipment.
Investors are offered a unique opportunity to localize high–tech production of flow-through and storage water heaters with a capacity from 1.5 to 27 kW at a ready-made Omsk infrastructure site - the territory of the Avangard Special Economic Zone. The initiative fully complies with the objectives of creating a favorable investment climate set by Governor Vitaly Khotsenko.
The key "feature" of the future production is the focus on "smart" solutions. The plant will be able to offer the consumer devices that themselves maintain the set temperature and save electricity. The products will be in demand both in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors, as well as for export.
The investor receives a turnkey solution: land, benefits, infrastructure. The land plot in the territory of the Avangard SEZ with connected points for electricity, gas and water supply, and the proximity to the federal highway and the Trans-Siberian railway provides convenient logistics for both the supply of raw materials and the shipment of finished products.
In addition, the package of available business preferences includes several levels of support – the status of a resident of the Avangard SEZ exempts property, transport and land taxes for 10 years, as well as income tax for 5 years; in the areas of cluster subsidies, an investor can receive compensation for up to 90% of the cost of purchasing and installing new equipment; The federal and regional industrial development funds provide preferential loans with the possibility of financing from 20 million to 200 million rubles at a rate of 3-5% per annum.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency will provide the investor with comprehensive support in a "one-stop shop" mode: from selecting a land plot to solving infrastructure issues.
