The future of Russian-Kazakh youth cooperation is being laid these days in the Cultural Capital of Russia, Omsk, on the site of the regional Congress Hall.
The Russian-Kazakh Youth Forum has started its work as part of the XXII Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
At the platform, which brings together the most active and proactive representatives of the two countries, young leaders not only discuss new ideas, but also form joint projects that will form the basis for further cooperation.
The participants of the forum were welcomed by the Governor of the Omsk region Vitaly Khotsenko and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation Dauren Abayev.
The Forum has become a space for open dialogue between young entrepreneurs, volunteers, representatives of student groups, creative industries, public organizations and authorities in Russia and Kazakhstan. The main task is to turn promising ideas into real projects and develop new mechanisms to support youth initiatives.
Addressing the young leaders, Vitaly Khotsenko noted that relations between Russia and Kazakhstan have always been based on friendship and mutual respect, and the strongest ties are born in youth. The head of the diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan in Russia, Dauren Abayev, expressed confidence that for the participants of the youth forum, cooperation, project and creative activities in Omsk will remain a vivid memory in life.
The youth of the two countries are already united by joint environmental projects, tourism initiatives, student groups and volunteerism. It is up to the current generation to strengthen this partnership, filling it with new joint projects and meanings.
For two days, participants will work on initiatives in the field of social projects and professional development. The forum will result in a joint resolution and a roadmap for youth cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan for 2026-2027, which will be based on proposals developed by the participants themselves.
