Acceptance of applications for the Skolkovo Foundation's Open Innovations Startup Tour competition has been extended until February 1.
The Open Innovations Startup Tour "Digital Region"'19 will be held in the Regional Congress Hall from February 12 to 13.
Omsk residents have a chance to register their project for the Open Innovations Startup Tour competition, win 300 thousand rubles, an invitation ticket to the Startup Village, and find investors and partners.
The Startup Tour has been held in different cities of Russia since 2011 and is the largest project in Russia and the CIS countries aimed at popularizing the culture of technological entrepreneurship and identifying promising innovative projects.
The event is attended by the best market experts - famous businessmen, mentors, business angels, representatives of venture funds, leading technology experts.
"The main task of the Startup Tour is to ensure that the idea of innovative entrepreneurship captures the minds, hearts, and hands of many thousands of young and not only young people who have the energy, talent, and desire to combine the accumulated results of scientific research and their entrepreneurial capabilities, their ability to communicate with people, investors, and clients. The Startup Tour provides skills and opportunities to learn about success stories, and attracts the attention of regional administrations," said Arkady Dvorkovich, Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation.
During the Startup Tour, investors and mentors will study all the startups and ideas presented by the contestants, suggest the right development vector and select the best projects worthy of the main prize of the Startup Tour.
