Digitalization, brainstorming, unique content, how was the strategic session of the region's investment block?
The second strategic session for specialists of regional structures involved in investment activities was held today on the basis of the regional Congress Hall.
During the event, we heard reports from colleagues from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, the Avangard Special Economic Zone and the Industrial Development Fund with an analysis of the best practices of the regions of the Russian Federation.
Andrey Shpilenko, moderator of the strategic session, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, set the task for the next strategic session to conduct a SWOT analysis, which will reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, as well as threats and opportunities.
"Today's session helped us to get acquainted with best practices and identify new opportunities for attracting investments to the Omsk region. The key areas will be the introduction of modern digital tools, the organization of creative business events and the creation of a comfortable environment for business and government interaction. Our priority is to make the region attractive to investors by ensuring sustainable economic development," said Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
