Next week, the acceptance of applications for participation in a competition between small and medium-sized businesses for the right to conclude lease agreements for non-residential premises will end.

The business incubator offers equipped office space (an office with an area of 18.6 sq.m.) at discounted rental rates starting from 120.0 rubles/m2.
The selection takes place in the form of an open competition. The participants of the competition may be only small business entities that are entitled to the support of state authorities and local governments, whose term of activity from the date of state registration to the date of application for participation in the competition does not exceed three years, the field of activity of which corresponds to the specialization of the business incubator.
The application for participation in the competition is made in writing in Russian, certified by the applicant's signature, and submitted to the competition commission in a sealed envelope.
Applications for participation in the competition are provided at:

On weekdays, Monday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.,

Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,

lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. (local time).

Criteria for evaluating applications:

According to the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation No. 67 dated 02/10/2010, when business incubators lease state or municipal property to small and medium-sized businesses, only the following criteria for evaluating applications for participation in the competition are used in aggregate:

1. The quality of the description of the advantages of the product or service in comparison with existing analogues (competitors);

2. The quality of the elaboration of marketing, operational and financial strategies for the development of a small business entity;

3. Projected changes in financial results and the number of jobs of a small business entity;

4. The payback period of the project.
