The delegation of the Omsk region began work at SPIEF 2026. The head of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, held a number of meetings and signed the first agreements.

An agreement has been signed with the PRODO Group on the modernization and expansion of the production facilities of PRODO Poultry Farm Sibirskaya and Omsk Bacon. Investments will amount to 2.9 billion rubles. Two boiler houses will be built in the village of Luzino, and the drainage system will be upgraded in Rostov. The agreement is valid until 2028.

An agreement was reached with Sberbank on the joint development of documents for the economic development of the region and the master plan of the Omsk agglomeration. This will become the basis for attracting investments and creating new production facilities.

The delegation includes Svetlana Bazhenova, Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. The agency is a "one-stop shop" for investors and entrepreneurs who want to implement their projects in the region.
