The Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, summed up the results of its work over three years in the direction of – examination of a foreign economic contract.

The infrastructure organization provides companies aimed at exporting products abroad with a service for the legal assessment of an export contract.

The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency notes that this service is unique, as it is provided as one of the forms of support for export-oriented enterprises free of charge, while the company receives an authoritative expert assessment of the contract. In addition, if necessary, the Agency's specialists participate in negotiations at the stage of contract preparation.

The examination process is often lengthy and takes from a week to a month. This is primarily due to the counterparty verification procedure, which involves sending relevant requests to the Trade Missions of the Russian Federation of other countries.

«Sales representatives carry out the necessary procedures and send a reasoned response, based on which it is possible to assess the risks and opportunities of working with this counterparty.», - check with the Export Support Center.

For the period from 2014 by 2016 The Export Support Center conducted an expert examination 38 export contracts. As a result, Omsk enterprises have signed contracts for the supply of food, light, pharmaceutical and agricultural products, building materials, as well as machine-building products to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Poland, Vietnam and China.
