The Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk region has announced a repeat auction for the right to conclude a lease agreement for a land plot with a cadastral number 55:36:110225:2032 on Malaya Ostrovskaya St. – st. 3- I am Yeniseiskaya.
Land plot (9517 square meters) can be used for the placement of shops, shopping complexes and centers, including on the site there may be salons for the sale of vehicles.
There are no encumbrances of the rights to the land plot. Metal structures (containers) are located on the land plot without legal grounds, part of the brick building, part of the land plot is vacant.
The maximum and minimum permissible parameters for the permitted construction of a capital construction facility are determined in accordance with the urban development plan of the land plot approved by the order of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Omsk City Administration. Preliminary technical conditions for the possibility of connecting to engineering and technical support networks have been defined.
According to the terms of the auction, the term of the lease agreement is 4 years 6 months.
Applications are accepted until 19 January 2018 years.

Applicants can familiarize themselves with an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate on the land plot, a report on the assessment of the market value and the amount of the annual rent for the use of the land plot, technical conditions on the possibility of connecting the facility to engineering and technical support networks and the urban planning plan of the land plot.

The winner of the previous auction rented the land for three months - from July to October 2017 the tenant then sent a notice of termination of the lease agreement in accordance with the procedure established by law.
