The regional Business incubator has launched the educational platforms of the federal project "Mother Entrepreneur"
About 30 participants of the federal project will take part in a five–day intensive educational course and compete for the main prize - a grant for the implementation of a business idea.
Today, on October 22, the federal educational project to support women's entrepreneurship "Mom Entrepreneur" was launched in the Omsk region.
According to the organizers, the project, designed specifically for women on maternity leave, mothers of minor children, as well as women registered with the employment service, is being implemented by the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises "SUPPORT of RUSSIA". The Amway Charitable Foundation "Responsible for the Future" is a co-organizer and grant-giver. At the federal level, the project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
In Omsk, the project was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region with the participation of the Omsk City Administration and business support infrastructure organizations.
"The regional government actively promotes the development and establishment of entrepreneurship in the region. For this purpose, various forms of support have been implemented on the basis of regional infrastructure organizations. This is not the first educational project that has been successfully implemented in the Omsk region. Since the beginning of the year, almost a thousand residents of the region have been trained as part of training programs for existing businesses and those planning to start their own businesses, which is 2.7 times higher than last year," the regional Ministry of Economy explains.
In August of this year, Lyubov Trubacheva opened a Child Development Center in the city of Isilkul. Currently, 72 children study at the Center, in total it is designed for 150 places.
"We provide educational and child care services. My goal of participating in the project is to build my business competently. I plan to complete the entire course, among the topics of interest are the preparation of a marketing plan, financial and legal literacy," explains the head of the Child Development Center.Lyubov Trubycheva.
Another participant of the Mom Entrepreneur project is planning to create a jewelry manufacturing business. Designer Irina Paperina notes that in order to implement her business idea, she needs knowledge on building business processes, which she plans to receive as part of the project.
The Mom Entrepreneur project will be held in the form of a five-day intensive training, during which qualified specialists will help participants understand the basics of entrepreneurship and effective business management. At the end of the free course, a business plan competition will be held, and the winner will receive a grant for the implementation of a business idea.
