The expert of the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk region has increased his competence

Work continues to improve the level of professional training of experts from the Regional Center for Competence in the field of labor productivity. Vadim Shulgat, the project manager of the Omsk Region RCC, has successfully completed methodological training for the participants of the "Process Factory" in Moscow.

Over the course of four days, the training participants received extensive knowledge and skills from experts from the Federal Competence Center related to lean manufacturing tools, logistics, waste management and optimization of production processes. We exchanged experiences with colleagues from the regions, analyzed the real cases of the participants of the national project.

"The Process Factory trainer has an important task - to show how to use lean manufacturing tools, teach them to see problems and look for solutions, as well as competently demonstrate successful experience in using these tools. Methodical training provides the necessary knowledge that will help me, as a coach, to help enterprises participating in the national Labor Productivity project more efficiently and effectively in the future," said Vadim Shulgat, head of the RCC project.
