15 In November, the regional business incubator hosted a regular meeting of the expert group on monitoring the implementation of the Standard for executive authorities to ensure a favorable investment climate in the Omsk region.

The experts discussed, first of all, sections of the Standard related to the professional training of specialists within the framework of the investment strategy of the region, training and improving the assessment of the competence of employees of relevant authorities responsible for working with investors.

According to Vladimir Titenko, Deputy Minister of Education of the Omsk Region, the educational potential of the Omsk region is characterized by a multi-level vocational education system and allows it to meet the needs of investors for qualified personnel.

"Personnel training for the economy of the Omsk region is carried out by 72 professional education organizations, including 24 universities that provide training in 172 areas of study and specialties, as well as 48 colleges.
