Experts from the Competence Center of the Omsk region continue to improve their competencies

Two experts from the Regional Competence Center have successfully studied the first module of training in the direction of "Coach of the RCC" in the capital. Specialists continue to expand their knowledge and learn about the specifics of lean manufacturing training in order to increase the efficiency of enterprises participating in the national Labor Productivity project.

During the training, the experts of the Omsk Region RCC took the following topics: "Fundamentals of lean manufacturing", "Implementation of an improvement project", "5C in production", "Mapping", "Production analysis", as well as "Trainer training".

"The introduction of a lean manufacturing culture in an enterprise is a laborious and large–scale process. After all, it is necessary to change the usual ways of organizing and managing production, to be able to involve personnel at all levels in the educational process, to help correct the type of thinking, and to transfer important knowledge. We consider such training for RCC experts from all regions of Russia to be useful and effective," the Omsk Region RCC noted.
