Experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk region improve their skills

The certification of the trainer "Factory of production processes" was held at the site of the Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk region. The event is organized within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". Now an expert at the Regional Competence Center (RCC) Vadim Shulgat will be able to share his knowledge of the use of lean manufacturing tools not only in office, but also in production processes.

So, as part of the certification, Vadim Shulgat independently conducted a "Process Factory" for employees of the Omsk RTS resource supply company. The trainer was evaluated by experts from the Federal Competence Center, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region and representatives of enterprises participating in the national Labor Productivity project. The expert commission evaluated the material and technical base of the "Factory of production Processes", methodological materials and the readiness of the trainer.

"Another Factory certified trainer has joined our team. Successful certification is another confirmation of the high professionalism and competence of the RCC experts. At the Process Factory training production site, participants get acquainted with the use of lean technologies. The trainer's task is to show how to use lean manufacturing tools, teach them to see problems and look for solutions, as well as demonstrate their skills and successful experience using these tools," the RCC noted.
