Experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk region take part in the School of Trainers
From October 1-3, 2024, the VII annual Coach School "Apply. Teach me. Improve yourself." The Omsk region is represented at the event by specialists of the Regional Competence Center implementing the national project "Labor Productivity", as well as an internal trainer of the Omsk enterprise NPP "Spetstech".
The school of trainers gathered 500 representatives of enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity". Over the course of 3 days, lean manufacturing specialists will take part in 40 master classes conducted by 30 experts from the Federal Competence Center.
Thus, participants improve their knowledge, learn the best methods and practices of organizing and conducting training, develop coaching skills and share experiences with colleagues.
Nikolay Solomon, General Director of the FCCC, took part in the business program of the Coaching School: "No matter how great you are, bosses, you should devote 10 to 30 percent of your time to communicating with your staff. Production depends primarily on people. In order for employees to develop and move forward, it is important to explain internal attitudes and create the right atmosphere in the company. You also need to be able to demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement and give feedback."
Experts of the Omsk region RCC note that participation in the School of trainers is "Apply. Teach me. Improve" motivates you to further develop your professional competencies, energizes you and gives you new ideas and solutions for growth and development.
