The REC Export School has announced the release of a training manual for novice exporters, "Online Trading Opportunities for Exporters."
"When developing the textbook, we took into account global trends in the development of online trading channels and pursued the main goal - to familiarize representatives of export–oriented enterprises with the possibilities of cross-border online exports, the main theoretical tools and practical recommendations for its implementation," says the General Director of the Export School of the REC.
The textbook "Online Export Opportunities for exporters" is based on the eponymous course of the educational program of the REC Export School and introduces readers to the concept of cross-border online commerce; trade models used in online exports; methods of conducting online export trade - Internet channels; marketing tools to increase sales; features of online payment for goods; taking into account currency control; specifics of online sales fulfillment and practical recommendations for organizing online exports.
"Online export trading is one of the easiest and fastest ways to launch foreign economic activity. However, many export-oriented companies are unaware of this, moreover, there is a misconception that it is impossible to carry out B2B exports via the Internet. The purpose of the created manual is, among other things, to tell exporters about how export e-commerce works and help launch it," comments Armen Manukyan, federal expert at the REC Export School and Head of the REC Digital Services Development Project.
Studying the materials presented in the manual and their practical application will teach you how to evaluate goods and countries for organizing profitable online exports, choose online trading platforms and marketing tools to increase sales, use various payment methods for goods, taking into account currency control, evaluate the capabilities of service providers to attract fulfillment, choose ways to deliver goods abroad.
The textbook "Online Export Opportunities for exporters" is available for viewing on the educational portal of the REC Export School in the Library section.
