Evgeny Kovtun has been appointed Deputy Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
The Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region informs that on July 21, the Deputy General Director of the Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk Region JSC assumed the powers ofEvgeny Kovtun. The new deputy will deal with the tasks of supporting investment projects, developing proposals to improve the ARI's mechanism of interaction with executive authorities and credit institutions that ensure the implementation of investment projects based on the "one window" principle.
In addition, Evgeny Kovtun will develop the MFC Business Center, which includes expanding the list and improving the quality of government and municipal services to businesses, introducing modern high-tech services that simplify the procedure for obtaining government and municipal services and the timing of their provision, as well as coordinating business support from the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.
EarlierEvgeny Kovtun worked as the head of the Investment Department of the Regional Ministry of Economy.
