The Office Process Factory helps Omsk companies save time while performing their usual duties.
Training sessions at the Office Process Factory are conducted by the staff of PATSIB LLC. The company is a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity" and in 6 months has managed to diagnose, identify "bottlenecks", eliminate problems in the pilot stream "Optimization of production of polyethylene pipes for water supply and gas supply on the extrusion line".
During the training, representatives of the PATSIB company got acquainted with the optimization of the Procurement process, learned how to manage paperwork more efficiently, organize workplaces correctly, and interact with clients and contractors.
It should be noted that the training is conducted by certified trainers, experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk region. Thanks to the national project "Labor Productivity" initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, more than 1,000 employees of Omsk enterprises have been trained at the Factory of Processes site. The training for the participants of the national project is free of charge.
"Working with documents is a laborious process that contains a large number of losses. These problems are typical for any organizations and institutions that work with documents. During three improvised work shifts at the Office Process Factory, the participants were able to optimize the movement of documents and the timing of their approval, and reduce the number of document returns for revision, which allowed them to achieve high results," said coach Vadim Shulgat.
The students of the Office Process Factory noted that the knowledge gained during the training is universal and can be independently adapted to the specific specifics of production. This training allows you to take a fresh look at your daily work and identify significant processes that create value for the client, as well as minor processes and losses that need to be eliminated. And a successful financial result without any investment in the process proved the effectiveness of using lean manufacturing tools.
For reference: the national project "Labor Productivity" is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5%. A set of measures has been developed to help businesses, including financial incentives and expert advice on the work of enterprises.
