The Process Factory continues to train the teams of enterprises in the Omsk region

A training course "Process Factory" was held at the regional Congress Hall for participants of the national project "Labor Productivity" - Omsk construction company "PES". Participation in educational events is free of charge, and information is provided by certified trainers from the Omsk Region Regional Competence Center (RCC).

At the Process Factory, employees of enterprises gain experience in using lean manufacturing tools in the real production process, and understand how improvements affect the operational and economic performance of the company.

"As part of the training, three in-game production shifts are conducted, during which employees get acquainted with the standard of the assembly process and look for losses that prevent them from achieving their goals. During operational meetings, students receive shift settings and summarize the results of the past stage. Participants identify identified bottlenecks, learn how to formulate problems and develop measures to eliminate them using lean manufacturing tools," Maxim Shulgat, coach of the RCC, shared the progress of the educational process.

Employees of the PES enterprise noted that the "Process Factory" is an effective transformation mechanism. During the training, skills are acquired to improve both production and office processes. As part of the implementation of the national project, the company optimizes internal office processes, namely the procurement process.
