"Factory of production processes" helps employees of Omsk region enterprises to obtain significant business results
Employees of the company for the production of car service equipment "CIVIC" were trained at the "Factory of production processes". The training platform was created within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". The training is conducted by specialists from the Omsk Region Regional Competence Center (RCC).
So, the Fabrikantov team was engaged in the production of control panels for gas pressure regulators in a playful way. The participants were faced with the task of reducing costs and the cost of the finished product in three working shifts and getting maximum profit. In parallel with the game shifts, mini-lectures on lean production tools were held.
"As a result of the training, the participants achieved their learning goals. The RCC trainers demonstrated the basic principles of lean manufacturing, which are the basis for the work of the national project "Labor Productivity" at enterprises. The training helps to form the participants' attitudes of continuous improvement of the production system and the development of a production culture at their enterprise," said Maxim Shulgat, head of the Omsk Region RCC.
Employees of the CIVIC company noted that the training "Factory of production processes" demonstrated to them that they are able to work in a team. Each participant immediately got involved in the process, actively discussed problems and suggested solutions. It was obvious that everyone understood what result they wanted to achieve.
Recall that the national project "Labor Productivity" has been implemented in the Omsk region since 2020, it is designed to ensure labor productivity growth in medium and large enterprises of the basic sectors of the Russian economy by at least 5% per year through the introduction of a culture of lean manufacturing.
