In accordance with the criteria of competitive selection specified in the notification, the competition commission decided to recognize the Joint–Stock Company "Russian Agricultural Bank" as the winner of the competition for lots No. 1,2.
The competitive offer of which, for the specified lots, amounted to 6.6%.
