Products produced by Omsk companies caused a stir on 27-th International Food Exhibition WorldFood Moscow.
The Omsk region was represented by seven manufacturers at the exhibition. The collective stand of the region was prepared by the Export Support Center operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency.
«Participation in the exhibition WorldFood Moscow – This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate Omsk products to representatives of wholesale and retail trade from Moscow, regions of Russia, CIS countries and far abroad. The Export Support Center organized the participation of the Omsk business community in this exhibition on preferential terms, which include: rental of exhibition space, registration fee, development of presentation materials for the exhibition participants», - said the Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency Evgeny Kovtun.
In three days, residents of Omsk spent more than 100 negotiations with representatives of Russian and foreign companies and reached the following conclusionsёpositive results. A Chinese trading company with a supermarket chain in China is interested in delicatessen products (red fish) LLC "Constellation". Such a product is not manufactured in China. A Mongolian organization with a supermarket chain in Ulaanbaatar has also become interested in purchasing delicacies and dried products from the Omsk company.
