Foundation for construction: Omsk region offers investors to build a factory for the production of 2 million bricks per year

The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency is presenting a project to create a modern ceramic brick production facility in the Poltava region. The company will be ready to produce about 2 million pieces of finished products annually, which will meet the demand of the regional construction market for high-quality local materials.

The development of the construction industry directly meets the objectives of the head of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, to attract investment in the Omsk region. Such projects provide developers with affordable and high-quality materials, and relying on their own production facilities will allow them to supply materials for infrastructure facilities.

In each such project, the role of the Development and Investment Agency is to accompany the investor in a "one—stop shop" mode and act as a reliable guide: take over all administrative work: from land registration to the selection of preferential loans, so that the investor can quickly launch production and turn the natural resources of the region into a finished product.

The predominant argument for the implementation of the project is the availability of its own raw material base — clay deposits directly on the territory of the Poltava region. This eliminates the logistical costs of delivering raw materials and reduces the cost of each unit of production. The project is aimed at a wide sales market: bricks will be in demand by municipal developers for the construction of schools and hospitals, the commercial sector for shopping malls, as well as individual homeowners.

A package of government support measures is available to the investor, including concessional loans from the Omsk Region State Industrial Development Fund at a rate of up to 3% per annum, as well as joint loans with the federal fund in the amount of up to 200 million rubles.
