Evgeny Kovtun has been appointed Director General of the Regional Development and Investment Agency
The Board of Directors made a unanimous decision to appoint Evgeny Kovtun as the Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency from December 21 this year.
Earlier, Evgeny Kovtun held the position of Deputy General Director for Investment Activities of the regional Development and Investment Agency. His area of expertise included issues related to the support of investment projects, as well as the development of proposals to improve the Agency's mechanism of interaction with executive authorities and credit institutions that ensure the implementation of investment projects based on the "one-stop shop" principle.
"Evgeny Vladimirovich has significant managerial experience, a specialist in economics, finance and investments. Previously, he headed the Investment Activity Department at the Ministry of Economy of the region. We will continue to work with the Agency in active cooperation," the Ministry of Economy of the region notes.
