Evgeny Kovtun has been appointed Director General of the Regional Development and Investment Agency
The Board of Directors unanimously decided to appoint the Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency with 21 December of this year, Evgeny Kovtun.
Earlier, Evgeny Kovtun held the position of Deputy General Director for Investment Activities of the regional Development and Investment Agency. His area of expertise included issues related to the support of investment projects, as well as the development of proposals to improve the Agency's mechanism of interaction with executive authorities and credit institutions that ensure the implementation of investment projects based on the principle of "one window".
