Governor Viktor Nazarov went to Pavlodar region to strengthen cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan
The program of the visit includes a delegation led by Governor Viktor Nazarov. - presentations of the economic and investment potential of Omsk and Pavlodar regions, exchange of information on the export potential of the two border regions, visits to Pavlodar enterprises, official meetings and negotiations.
In accordance with the Agreement on Interregional Cooperation, the visit of the official and business delegation of the Omsk region to the Pavlodar region (Republic of Kazakhstan) begins today. The Omsk delegation, headed by Governor Viktor Nazarov, included heads of ministries and departments, representatives of enterprises, organizations and business structures in the fields of industry, construction and construction industry, agro-industrial complex, education, healthcare and culture.
Note that the participation 9 small and medium-sized Omsk enterprises in a business mission to the Pavlodar region organized the Omsk Region Export Support Center, operating on the basis of Omsk Region Development and Investment Agencies. The Center's specialists selected potential partners and organized a contact exchange and individual meetings with the heads of enterprises in Kazakhstan.
«The delegation included companies involved in metalworking, construction, manufacturing of industrial materials and agriculture. All of them are aimed at internationalizing and improving the efficiency of their business in international markets.», - according to the Omsk Region Export Support Center.
The visit will include presentations of the economic and investment potential of the Omsk and Pavlodar regions, working meetings of representatives of the executive authorities of the Russian region with the heads of relevant departments of the Akimat of the Pavlodar region, and business negotiations between entrepreneurs.
Omsk and Pavlodar regions cooperate in almost all areas: in petrochemistry, agriculture, industry, education, culture. The two border regions plan to approve a Cooperation development Program based on 2017-2020 years. The program provides for strengthening business ties between government agencies, enterprises, organizations and business entities to carry out export and import supplies and promote best practices in various industries.
The cooperation development program was developed in accordance with the Agreement on the Implementation of International and Foreign economic Relations in Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical, Environmental, cultural and other fields concluded between the Government of the Omsk region and the Akimat of the Pavlodar region of the Republic of Kazakhstan in September. 2015 years.
