Governor Viktor Nazarov went to Sochi for the Russian Investment Forum
The key topic of the forum, which opens today in the Main Media Center of the Olympic Park, will be the issues of building the economic potential of the Russian regions "New projects for growth".
Governor Viktor Nazarov, at the head of the Omsk delegation, will take part in the Russian Investment Forum RIF-2017, which will be held on February 27-28 in Sochi under the leadership of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The RIF-2017 program is based on three thematic blocks: "New Regional Policy. Development opportunities", "Increasing business efficiency. Opportunities for growth" and "Implementing projects for life".
Over 4,000 people have confirmed their participation in the forum, including representatives of the executive and legislative authorities, heads of regions, as well as influential Russian and foreign businessmen. Among the participants of the forum are the heads of the largest domestic corporations, top managers of foreign companies from Austria, Afghanistan, Great Britain, Germany, Kazakhstan, USA, France, Switzerland and Japan.
The plenary session and discussion platforms are expected to discuss mechanisms for increasing investment attractiveness, issues of economics and inter-budgetary relations, industrial policy, and the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Today, Governor Viktor Nazarov will take part in the work of the platforms "Industrial clusters: a regional aspect" and "Best socio-economic practices. "Ready-made solutions" for implementation in the regions. A number of bilateral meetings and the conclusion of an agreement with the Russian Export Center are also envisaged.
