Governor Viktor Nazarov signed an agreement with the Russian Export Center
Omsk region is included in the REC educational program for training start-up exporting companies in the basics and management of export activities.
The Russian Export Center has launched a project aimed at providing systematic educational support to exporters in the country's regions. The implementation of this program in the Omsk Region will be carried out on the basis of an Agreement between the Government of the Omsk Region and the REC, concluded byёToday, at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.
The document was signed by Governor Viktor Nazarov and the General Director of the joint stock company. «Russian Export Center» Pёtr Fradkov. The General Director of the educational organization also participated in the signing of the agreement. «Export School» Alicia Nikitina. Omsk region became the third region with which the agreement was signed.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and the Export School of the Russian Export Center are authorized to act as operators of the educational program.
Omsk small and medium-sized enterprises will receive a knowledge base for a successful and effective start of export activities. This will allow them to become active exporters. The training program consists of 11 educational practice-oriented courses, including: «Introduction to export. The life cycle of an export project. Government support for export-oriented enterprises», «Effective marketing for exporters», «Business communication in export activities», «Legal support of export activities».
The region of berёThe University undertakes obligations to organize training, and the REC, free of charge, selects, trains and certifies regional candidates with the involvement of third-party experts at the federal level, and provides its own educational program, methods, standards and educational materials.
The implementation of a training program for start-up exporting companies on the basics and management of export activities has begunёts in the Omsk region is already in 2017 year.
In addition, there is a Coordination Center for the support of export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. The Center supports the export and promotion of investment projects of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region in foreign markets, and facilitates the entry of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region into international markets of goods, services and technologies. Based on the results of the work carried out in 2016 signed more than a year ago 40 contracts.
